1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or using the services offered by ByPERUTravel, the client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.


2. Offered Services

  • ByPERUTravel offers tourist services such as guided tours, recreational activities, full-day experiences, and travel packages. Specific details of each service are described in our publications and website.


3. Reservations and Payments


.Reservations must be made at least [X] days in advance.
.A deposit of [X]% is required to confirm the reservation.
.The total payment must be completed [X] days before the start of the service.
.We accept payments via *Rates payment in Soles. *Payments via QR (Yape, Plin) *Rate includes transportation + Overflight
.Reservations for services are subject to availability at the time of processing your request.
.A reservation is accepted when By Peru Travel has sent the respective confirmation.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Payments made for our services are non-refundable. They are considered Non-Refundable.


5. Service Modifications

  • In the case of events beyond our control such as political, social issues, or natural causes, the agency reserves the right to cancel or modify the content of the trip. In case of cancellation, the prepaid portion of the services already used and/or reserved will be retained.


6. Liability

  • ByPERUTravel is not responsible for losses, damages, accidents, delays, or inconveniences beyond its control. Clients are advised to have travel insurance.


7. Documentation and Requirements

  • It is the client's responsibility to have the required documentation (identification, passport, visas, etc.) to participate in the tour or activity.


8. Client Behavior

  • The client agrees to respect the guide's rules, local laws, and the environment. The company reserves the right to exclude any person who causes disturbances, insecurity, or violates the rules.


9. Data Protection

  • The personal information provided by clients will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.


10. Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of [Peru], and any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
